Use of PixAI Studio

PixAI Studio provides photo editing, retouching, creative layout, export, and AI-assisted image tools. You are responsible for the images you edit, upload, process, export, or share through the app.

Online AI Features

Some features require network processing. AI results may vary based on source image quality, provider availability, model behavior, and service limits. We may change, pause, or replace providers to improve reliability or comply with operational requirements.

Credits and Membership

AI features may consume credits or require an active membership. Credit costs, free usage limits, and available plans may change before public release or between versions. Failed requests may be refunded when the failure is attributable to service processing rather than user input, policy restrictions, or unsupported files.

User Content

You must have the rights and permissions needed to edit or process submitted content. Do not use PixAI Studio to create, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.

Service Availability

Local features may work without network access. Online AI features depend on servers, cloud storage, payment systems, and third-party AI providers, and may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or regional restrictions.

Limitation of Liability

PixAI Studio is provided as an image editing tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or downstream use of edited or AI-generated outputs.
